Delivery Information

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AND THE DELAYS AT ROYAL MAIL WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFERING SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT PROVIDE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


SHIPPING

After we receive your order we aim to have your item/s made & shipped within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated i.e.; pre-order or personalised items.

Please allow more time during our busier seasons (Halloween & Christmas).

You will receive an email to confirm your item has been shipped.


PRE-ORDER

Items that are currently on pre-order only will have an expected shipping date at the top of the listing description.

To pre-order an item simply checkout as you would normally. Payment is required when you checkout to secure your item.

You will then receive an email once your order is ready to ship & then again when it has shipped.


STANDARD SHIPPING POLICIES

Proof of postage is available on all orders upon request. This does not mean tracking is available. Tracking references are only available when purchasing a signed or tracked shipping option.

If in the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods for whatever reason, Morbid Market will not be held accountable for loss of package in transit.

Royal Mail states on their website that a package is not considered lost until 30 days have passed from shipping date. If after 30 days you have still not received your order please contact us via the contact form so we can identify the problem.



SIGNED & TRACKED SHIPPING POLICIES

After your order has been shipped we will email you with a tracking number.

You can track your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number we provide you with.

A signature is required to receive your package, so if you are not home at time of delivery your local sorting office will hold your package for you until you arrange otherwise.

Check your country/sorting office policies for more information on this. 


Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct at the time of placing an order with us, as orders sent to a wrong address can not be amended & will not be refunded or replaced.
